Individual Therapy

These one-on-one sessions are your chance to dig deep, make sense of it all, reconnect with yourself, and start building a life that really means something to you. Sessions are available in person or online and are offered for 50 minutes or 80 minutes.


Connection Call

If we're gonna team up and dive into this journey together, it's only fair you get to know me a bit first. I offer these 20-minute connection calls where you can ask me anything, lay out what you're hoping for, and just get a feel for who I am and what our sessions will be like. It's all about making sure we're a good fit before we dive in.


Walk and Talk Therapy

Let's take individual therapy outside! There are so many benefits to being in nature and moving the body. We'll pick a spot that works for both of us and tackle the session outdoors. Offered in the spring, summer and fall for 50 minutes, weather permitting.


Initial Therapy Session

If you are new to Beyond Therapy, it's important to book an initial intake session where we can get an idea of where you are at, your background, what's working for you and what isn't. It's okay if we don't get around to everything but these sessions provide our therapists with a solid download so we have a better idea of how to support you.

Hello and welcome! My hope in working with me is that you feel comfortable, first and foremost. Our initial sessions will be primarily focused on getting to know each other and learning about yourself from a holistic perspective - incorporating body, mind and soul. It’s not uncommon that some cursing or dark humour makes its way into the conversation, along with laughter and some occasional tears. I embrace being human and that includes all sides of being human. Emotions are tough, but I hope to provide a safe space for us to explore them.

When I am not at the office I’m typically tinkering around the house, reading and drinking a matcha latte, hanging with my partner and 2 cats or watching absolute junk TV. I love all animals, particularly horses, cats and pandas but I don’t discriminate. I enjoy staying active in some capacity and overall eating well however some of my favourite foods are ribs, wings, sushi and fruit.
